Parents Association
The Parents Association in Coolanarney N.S. was set up in November 2025. The committee is the team of people who have been elected to manage the tasks of the Parent Association on behalf of all the parents.
On 27th November 2025 a meeting was held in the school to nominate a committee. The committee members are as follows:
Chairperson: Anne Marie Butterfield, Assistant Chairperson: Brenda Garry,
Secretary: Liz Costello, Assistant Secretary: Edel Berry,
Treasurer: Mary O’ Meara, Assistant Treasurer: Ciara Buggy,
Parent nominees on Board of Management: Leona Murray, John Joe Cronley,
Other members: Muireann Molloy, Jenny Feighery, Charlotte Hanlon, Mary Feighery,.
While not all parents are committee members, all parents in the school are automatically members of the Parent Association, and will be kept informed by the committee of the activities of the association. The committee term of office is one year, after which an AGM will be organized and new members invited to come forward.
