Cumann na mBunscol Football winners!!!

A huge congratulations to the children in the Senior Room who were victorious over Gortnamona NS in the Cumann na mBunscol football final on Wednesday 22nd October in Birr. 

The children worked and trained hard to get to the final. From the blitz in the Faithful Fields where they played a number of matches and progressed to the semi-final and then on to win the final. Well done to the team and a big thank you and congrats to Ms. Flynn for putting in a lot of hard work championing the team along.

Also a big thank you to Tom Doolin for supplying the school with treats of chips, sausages and nuggets after the final! They went down a treat!
